How to Make Beef Stew in Crock Pot

Chop up potatoes, carrots, onion and celery and set aside.

Place beef stew meat into the bottom of the crockpot adding in flour, salt and pepper. Stir it around to fully coat the meat. There’s no need to mix this in a separate bowl or shake around in a bag, just mix it in the crock-pot for less dirty dishes.

Add in beef broth, chopped up vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic and spices.

Close the lid and cook until beef is tender. Serve and enjoy this delicious Crockpot Beef Stew!

Leftover Crockpot Beef Stew

Let the beef stew cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days. To reheat, warm on the stove over medium heat, stirring occasionally, or in the microwave in 30–60 second intervals until heated through. For best results, add a splash of broth or water if the stew has thickened in the fridge.
