Stuffing Ball Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Onion, finely diced
  • Celery, finely diced
  • Salt & pepper
  • Poultry seasoning
  • Eggs
  • Chicken broth
  • Whole wheat bread
  • Chopped fresh parsley (or dried parsley )

Stuffing Ball Instructions

Now that you have all your ingredients together, it’s time to start this easy stuffing balls recipe!

Spray two muffin pans with nonstick spray or some olive oil.

Melt butter over medium-high heat. Then add onion and celery and cook until softened. Add seasonings.

In a large bowl , add eggs and beat with a whisk. Add chicken broth and mix to combine. Gently fold in slices of bread and parsley.

Add onion/celery mixture into the bowl and mix everything.

Add mixture evenly into muffin pans, filling them up to make about 20-24 muffins.
